Version 0.3 is online... Still not functional

I have updated the DesktopNEO Series to show possible functionality with a web-based desktop. I need to add all the coding and touch up the graphics. With some more time and knowledge, I can add web-based apps like a calculator or a word processor.

In order to fully capture what I'm trying to do you must:

1. Right-Click on the Desktop... Mouseover the "Arrange Icons By" and Uncheck "Show Desktop Icons"... your icons should be hidden.
   
2. Right-Click on the Desktop... Click "Properties" > Click "Desktop" tab > Click "Desktop Customization..." > Click "Web" tab > Click "New" on right side... type 'http://payton.broke-off.com/deno.html' in the "Location:" box... Press "Okay"... Press "Apply"
3. Go back to the desktop and if you're connected to the net, the Deno Beta should show.

For added effect... you can Right-Click on the Taskbar... Click "Properties"... and check "Auto-hide the taskbar"

It looks like crap and it's just a slow project that I don't have a lot of time to work on.

If you want to change your settings back just go back to the Desktop Customization/Web tab and uncheck the deno page... Click "Okay"... Click "Apply". Then follow Step 1 and re-check "Show Desktop Icons".
